    Do I need an account?

    No. The whole process works by email. No login or signup.

    What file formats are supported?

    STL files, binary or ASCII. STEP and 3MF are planned.

    How fast do I get a response?

    Most quotes come back within 2 minutes. Complex multi-body or oversized parts can take a little longer.

    Can I specify quantities?

    Yes. Write the quantity in the email body, for example "10 units". You can also change it at checkout.

    What if my file is modeled in inches?

    We detect inch-scale files and convert them to millimeters before pricing.

    What if my part is too big for the printer?

    It is split into printable sections, and the bonding labor is included in the quote.

    Can I reply to the quote email?

    The quote email has a checkout link. If you need help, contact support and we will sort it out.
