Terms & Guidelines
Important information about how Co-Build Manufacturing works
Credit Eligibility
Co-Build credits can only be applied to orders tied to an approved Co-Build project. Credits cannot be used for regular store orders.
Iteration Shipping
Iteration shipping costs are covered by your Co-Build credits. Production orders to end customers use standard shipping rates.
Prohibited Items
We do not manufacture weapons, medical devices, controlled items, or parts requiring materials outside SLS Nylon 12. Projects exceeding our build volume will also be declined.
Refund Policy
Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely and can be applied to future projects.
Project Approval
Projects may be declined or paused if they exceed our supported manufacturing scope. We'll notify you with specific reasons.
Design Services Available
PartGuys now offers professional CAD design through our partner designer program. Visit our Design Services page to submit a request.
Intellectual Property
You retain full IP rights to your designs. PartGuys handles manufacturing execution only. Your files are kept confidential.
Design Responsibility
PartGuys is not responsible for design flaws in files provided by the creator. We provide DFM feedback but final designs are your responsibility.
Fair Use
Co-Build credits are intended for product development iteration. Abuse of the program or fraudulent claims may result in account suspension.
