How do I get a quote for my parts?
Simply upload your STL files on our quote page. Our system will automatically analyze your parts and provide instant pricing for different timing options (Economy, Priority, Rush). You'll see pricing breakdowns including material costs, post-processing, and shipping.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes, you need to create an account to place orders for 3D printing services. Creating an account allows you to track orders, manage your file library, access saved carts, earn referral credits, and manage shipping addresses. Account creation is quick and free.
What about marketplace store products?
Products from our Stores Marketplace can be purchased by guests without creating an account. However, having an account still provides benefits like order tracking and the ability to review products.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe for secure payment processing. For qualifying businesses, we also offer payment terms (Net 15, Net 30, Net 60) after application and approval. Apply for payment terms in your profile →
