Shipping Protection & Claims
All packages are shipped under our carrier accounts with insurance included. If you experience any shipping issues, we're here to help resolve them quickly.
Lost Package Process
- Report via email or your account dashboard
- We initiate carrier investigation (5-10 days)
- We file insurance claim on your behalf
- If approved: Free reship or part refund
Packages considered lost after 7-10 days with no tracking updates
Damaged Package Process
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of packaging AND parts
- Keep all packaging materials
- If approved: Free reprint of damaged parts
Claims without photos or after 48 hours may be denied
Important Notes
- • Carrier delays: We cannot guarantee carrier delivery times and do not refund for delays
- • Signature required: Orders over $200 require signature confirmation
- • "Delivered" but not received: Police report may be required before processing claims
- • Report timeline: All issues must be reported within 7 days

Special Shipping Considerations
Large/Bulk Orders
Orders over 50 parts or 25 lbs may require freight shipping ($85-$200). Palletized shipping available for orders over $5,000.
Same-Day/Rush Orders
Same-day shipping available for orders completed before 2 PM ET. Rush fees: +$25 standard, +$50 express, +$75 overnight.
